Plans, dated

Melvor Idle 2 roadmap

The public roadmap is a series of official progress posts, some with infographics, not a single promised 1.0 calendar. The next dated point is Early Access on 17 November 2026. After that, Steam’s Q&A estimates 12 to 18 months.

What has already happened

April 2025 announced the game, the $14.99 FAQ price, Godot/C#, and the full-game target of 29 skills and level 120. August 2025 was the Windows playtest. November 2025 named Ranching, Hunting, Beastcrafting and Mastery Guilds. March 2026 described the quest line. June 2026 described the combat update. September 2026 locked Steam Next Fest to 19–26 October and still had no Early Access day. October filled that day in.

What is still a plan

Mobile and a browser build are “after” items with no month. Other PC stores are mentioned as a later possibility. Localisation is Jagex’s job as of 29 October 2026, and Early Access itself is English-only. Two of the five “brand new” skills still have no names. Expansion prices are unset.

March, June and September posts each embedded a roadmap image. Those images are the studio’s, hosted with the posts. They are plans. The September image did not yet contain 17 November; the October post added the date in prose. If an infographic and a later post disagree, the later post wins, and both stay cited.

Questions

When is Melvor Idle 2 fully released?

No 1.0 date. Early Access is estimated at 12 to 18 months from the store Q&A.

Where is the roadmap image?

Inside the March, June and September 2026 progress posts on news.melvoridle.com. Read them as plans from those months.

Did the roadmap slip?

September still said “2026” without a day. October named 17 November. That is a date appearing, not a delay from a previously printed day.
